Need some help with our themes?

We have a lot of great videos and every theme comes with “Theme Documentation” to help with almost any issue. We also have a Knowledge Base which is like the “Band Themer Library” with help for a ton of possible problems. If you still have trouble, check out the support forums for personal help from Band Themer Pro’s.

What we support?

The support we give for themes is based on the theme the way it was purchased. Any changes or customizations are not supported. Band Themer does not support the WordPress software itself or any installations, customizations, or administration. We also do not provide support for any 3rd party plugins you may wish to use.

If you have purchased a Band Themer theme, this place is for you! You can post questions and browse other people’s questions and answers as well. Unfortunately, if you aren’t a customer yet you won’t be able to access this forum.
